Sean Gerlin founded Envision in 2018 after years at a commission-based brokerage, because he wanted to give advice that answered only to the client. We're fee-only, which means every dollar we earn comes from you. No commissions, no product sales, no referral fees. And we're local: a native Floridian running a small firm from Maitland, helping people across Central Florida figure out what their money is for.
